Once your booking is confirmed and the payment is made—whether on our website, via a third-party platform, or through any other channel—no refund will be issued in case of cancellation, early departure, or no-show, regardless of the reason.
We understand plans can change. That’s why we allow you to modify your reservation (subject to availability) if you notify us at least 48 hours before your check-in date.
